PROOF OF CONCEPT

Prove the hard part before you bet on the whole thing.

A proof of concept isolates the assumption that could make or break the product and tests it with the smallest honest experiment. It replaces enthusiasm with evidence.

Proof of concept workbench

WHAT IT IS

A focused experiment—not a miniature finished product.

WHY IT MATTERS

It prevents teams from polishing the easy parts while the central technical or experiential risk remains unanswered. Strong evidence gives the next investment a reason to exist.

SERVICES

Building the proof of concept.

EXPERIENCE PROOF

  • Concept development
  • UX prototyping
  • Interaction prototyping
  • User testing
  • Industrial design concept models

TECHNICAL PROOF

  • Electronics prototyping
  • Sensor and actuator integration
  • Embedded firmware development

In practice

HoloBot

A holographic display built to make a digital human feel present in the room.

Hardware + AI · Proof of Concept

The first prototype started with an LCD we were willing to destroy.

Assumption

A stripped display could be reconfigured into a convincing holographic illusion.

Test

We opened an LCD, rebuilt its optical stack and tested sightlines, scale and brightness.

Evidence

The rough rig proved the visual principle before we built the enclosure or digital human.
